As a Software Engineering Manager, Build & Tools, you will build out a team and technically lead the roadmap of our internal workflows, builds, and tools. You will work closely with talented engineers to define future generations of Shield AI products by executing new programs and helping to solve the hard problems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a variety of different engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, software and AI engineering, to establish workflows to help our business grow. You will lead cross-functional product development activities to bring together our small and medium UAS systems.

Total compensation: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)

Location guidelines-

Onsite = 5 days/week

Hybrid = Several days in the office

Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
