- Manages compensation and benefit programs by ensuring compliance, consistency, and sustainability through the maintenance of Compensation and Benefit standard operating procedures are accurately documented and maintained across all locations.
- Supports and maintains job & compensation architecture in Workday partnering closely with the People Operations team.
- Performs internal and external fair market value (“FMV”) valuation process, including benchmarks, compliance audits and policy updates.
- Completes highly analytical cost analysis related to Compensation and Benefit programs through cost models, and provides recommendations for modifications and changes.
- Manages annual, quarterly, and monthly incentive payments required by provider contracts and compensation programs.
- Processes payments and invoices by reviewing and validating compensation processes.
- Manages the communication and processing of any one-time bonuses; working closely with HR and Payroll in processing payments.
- Responsible for contract management and lifecycle for providers.
- Prepares compensation reports, including provider compensation calculation reports, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; or as requested.
- Partners with Recruiting and Talent Delivery for documentation updates and maintenance.
ABOUT YOU
- 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of managing Compensation and Benefit Programs for a healthcare setting with legal, contracting, or financial experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Compensation: job architecture, job pricing, incentive plans, annual merit process, and HRIS workflows.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory and potential impacts related to Compensation and Benefit programs (FLSA, 409A, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Law, ACA, LOA, etc.).
- Workday HCM experience is considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Programs and specifically: Excel - pivot tables, advanced formulas, database knowledge; Word - mail merge, strong written communications skills, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex/advanced data issues and problem-solving abilities by providing recommendations/solutions.
- Ability to work independently while being team-oriented, and building relations while being flexible to adapt to change.
- Superior attention to detail with ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while remaining organized with documentation with a high level of accuracy.
