What You'll DO
- Prepare monthly payroll accounting entries along with the payroll reconciliation through collaboration with the Payroll team
- Maintain monthly lease accounting including preparing monthly lease accounting entries and adjustments, new lease recognition and lease termination, monthly/quarterly lease reconciliation, etc., along with cross-collaborate with real estate team on lease maintenance
- Responsible for day-to-day filing and reporting of state/federal tax compliance along with property tax compliance
- Prepare monthly clinic P&Ls and assist with allocation reviews with FPA
- Prepare clinic P&Ls management reporting packages
- Perform special ad-hoc projects in Accounting/Finance as requested
Qualifications
- BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA license preferred
- 4+ years in Accounting, including public accounting experience preferred
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong accounting research and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Microsoft with a strong emphasis on Excel is a must; NetSuite ERP experience is preferred
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a larger functional team
