Sales Operations Manager

How You’ll Contribute:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy to capture, organize, and ensure high-quality data ensuring the sales pipeline reflects a realistic view of the business (sales pipeline velocity, win rate, average deal size, forecast accuracy, sales cycle length, etc.) and communicate complex findings and data-driven insights to leadership, influencing decision-making.
- Help implement a "single source of truth" by ensuring marketing data from Marketo and sales activity data from SalesLoft and other platforms integrate and aggregate correctly into Salesforce (SFDC).
- Support the development and refinement of dashboards and reports to accurately track GTM performance, including enrollment trends, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), sales performance, and cohort conversion.
- Create and nurture feedback loops from cross-functional partners (Marketing, Product) to allow for timely feedback on marketing and other efforts
- Responsible for GTM tooling (e.g., CRMs, AI tooling, knowledge bases, custom LLMs, etc.) and manage vendor relationships to ensure adoption.
- Build, document, and implement effective practices for the management and measurement of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), including efficient handoffs to Sales, ensuring relevant data is available for timely reporting, and follow-up approaches are strategically aligned to the MQL type
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations ideally in a healthcare, digital health, or tech-enabled services business.
- Must be able to showcase career planning examples of how you built or optimized a Sales Ops methodology and implemented it for your company.
- Expert knowledge of: SFDC, Marketo, Salesloft, NotebookLM and experience leveraging them for reporting and process improvement.
- Experience with: Salesforce, Salesloft, Scratchpad, Chorus, and Slack-integrated systems.
- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, including the ability to create insightful reporting dashboards and process flows for sales optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with a natural intuition for numbers and data.
- Comfortable analyzing data using Metabase or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Effectively builds strong cross-functional relationships with multiple stakeholders across GTM, Product, Finance, and Clinical teams.
- Strong critical thinking and business judgment skills.
- High degree of accuracy and excellent time management skills—ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
