Senior Business Operations Manager
Color
How You'll Contribute
- Lead unit economics modeling across core product pillars; identify cost levers and track margin improvements over time
- Develop and evolve the systems and dashboards that power company performance tracking and use them to surface strategic insights, identify inefficiencies, and drive cross-functional alignment on what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next
- Own & continuously refine Color’s ROI model used in enterprise deals, customer reporting, and internal forecasting. You will own every lever of the model — from validating inputs with internal data, to revisiting supporting clinical research, to coordinating cross-functionally across Finance, Product, and Clinical teams — ensuring every assumption is evidence-based, well-tracked, and aligned with how we articulate value both internally and externally
- Develop GTM strategy materials (memos, presentations, territory plans, planning models) to support business development and executive decision-making
- Support annual GTM planning efforts, including segmentation, incentives, and territory design
- Partner with Sales, Actuarial, and Clinical teams to implement and track performance guarantees
- Partner with Product, CS, and Enablement to ensure GTM teams have the systems, insights, and internal knowledge they need to execute effectively
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 7+ years in business operations, strategic finance, or consulting in healthcare, digital health, or tech-enabled services
- Hands-on experience owning or contributing to unit economics, cost modeling, or margin improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with customer-facing ROI models and experience partnering with actuaries or benefits consultants to defend models
- Ability to write SQL and analyze data using tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar
- Track record of cross-functional execution across GTM, Product, Clinical Ops, and Finance
- Experience translating analysis into exec-level or customer-facing materials
- Proficiency in Excel or Sheets for modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Demonstrable excellence in prioritization and judgment calls — able to balance urgency with quality, and focus on outcomes over outputs
Nice To Haves (not required)
- Familiarity with healthcare claims data structures (e.g., CPT/ICD codes, eligibility files)
- Experience working with actuarial teams or benefits consulting firms (e.g., Aon, Mercer, WTW)
- Exposure to GTM enablement or ROI storytelling in enterprise sales.
