We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales Ops Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, maximizing efficiency, and driving revenue growth. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales team, as well as various cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and operations, to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance overall sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales funnel and implement solutions to address them.
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Provide training and support to ensure the sales team can effectively leverage these tools.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. Monitor performance against targets and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation and achieve sales goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment across departments and support overall business objectives. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to drive coordination and communication.
  • Sales Training and Development: Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help sales representatives succeed.
  • Process Documentation and Compliance: Document sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry best practices and ensure adherence to them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role, with a track record of driving results and improving sales performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, sales automation, analytics platforms).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
