- Partner with the Enterprise Account Executive to Plan, Support and Execute Sales and Technical strategy for Fortune 500 companies.
- Makes technical, demo, and sales presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management.
- Architect innovative solutions for rebuilding and optimizing client platforms, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between Crowdbotics and our clients, effectively communicating technical solutions and strategies.
- Coach and mentor the development team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with executives to align technical strategies with business objectives, driving growth and efficiency.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable plans for implementation.
- Gain the trust of clients as the technical lead, providing clarity and confidence in our solutions.
- Travel up to 50% of the month to client sites for meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 9+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a software architecture role.
- Proven track record of successfully architecting and leading the development of complex software solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with executives and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the month to client sites as needed.
