Our Customer Success team is focused on supporting our enterprise clients that buy our beacons in bulk and have them set up at scale in real-life deployments: from museums, to airports, to retail markets, to offices. Customer Success encompasses all of our business development, and are located in both our New York and Kraków, Poland offices.
They make sure these clients have everything they need in scaling up their projects, and maintaining their structure as the technology advances and iterates. The team consists of business and account managers, customer research specialists, data analysts, and sales engineers.
