Who we're looking for
- We’re looking for an Enterprise CSM to join our Customer Success team! This role will report to our VP of Customer Success and will be responsible for owning our largest customers and be a key contributor to our GDR and NDR goals.

What you'll do
- Own an Enterprise book of business with quarterly expansion, lead generation and renewal targets
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth in target accounts and execute on enterprise expansion goal through multithreading and executive engagement
- Identify at-risk accounts and create an action plan and spearhead cross-functional efforts to mitigate churn and contraction
- Educate our team and customers about compliance industry trends to deepen our customer relationships, think going from small talk to real talk.
- Build relationships cross-functionally between teams including product, engineering, design, and sales to improve customer experience gaps
- Strengthen the customer bond by connecting customers with one another or our network through in-person meetings, webinars, and events
- Prep and execute impressive quarterly business reviews to align on the impact of Ethena within customer organization
What makes a great candidate
- Track record of renewal and expansion - your book of business will be companies >2,000+ employees and we’d love for you to help us ensure they continue to see the impact of Ethena at their orgs year over year
- Success with multithreading to meet new stakeholders, understand pain points, and own opportunities to further add value to their role / function
- Strong experience with leveraging Salesforce for up to date operations and highly organized within Salesforce to keep opportunities up to date
- An entrepreneurial mindset - we’re an early stage startup so we’re not just looking for someone to run a playbook. We want you to help take what exists to the next level.
- A self-starter who thrives in a hands-off management environment — someone who takes ownership of their work with a “roll up your sleeves mentality”, is comfortable with ambiguity, proactively identifies problems and solutions, and drives their work forward with minimal oversight.
