Mid-Market Account Executive

What you’ll do
- Source, manage, and close new business deals
- Clearly communicate the value of Ethena and demonstrate how our products can address prospects’ pain points
- Foster strong relationships through deep understanding of your customers’ needs
- Multithread effectively to create champions across multiple teams
- Keep a tight, organized pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Travel a few times per year to attend key events and meet with prospects in person
What makes a great candidate
- Experience in SaaS full-cycle sales, particularly in complex, non-transactional deals on small, high-growth teams
- Track record of surpassing sales quotas and excelling in new business acquisition
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Curiosity about new technology and an ability to connect it to business impact
- Proactive, self-led, and hungry to make an impactBuilder mentality - you improve the playbook, not just run it
- Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
- Aligned with Ethena’s mission, with a passion for learning and growth
