What You Will Do
- Renewal Champion: Drive successful contract renewals for the accounts you’re entrusted with, ensuring long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
- Expansion Expert: Develop and execute repeatable strategies to promote growth opportunities within your customer base, increasing their overall value with Finch.
- Forecasting Authority: Create accurate, predicatable and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
- Strategic Execution: Partner with internal + external stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies, workflow design improvements, and identify and maximizing growth potential. Establish, track and measure customer business performance standards.
- Communication Champion: Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, providing timely updates and escalations regarding customer relationships and account activity. This includes surfacing win-loss analysis and recommendations for key growth opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key business & technical decision-makers within your assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for and extension of their business.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B account management or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to identify, simplify and articulate value propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Aligns technical progress with business outcomes without much direction
