People Operations Generalist

What You Will Do
- Design organizational structures and career pathways that encourage effective operations and growth opportunities where possible
- Collaborate with leadership and managers on team engagement initiatives, events, and surveys
- Champion a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace and design and implement practices to support their achievement
- Optimize employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and reflect our values
- Oversee the employee benefits programs and payroll across the organization
- Iterate on internal resources and help employees find answers to everything from onboarding to off-boarding to benefits to performance management
- Improve upon onboarding, offboarding, and succession planning procedures
- Maintain human resource information system records and reporting
- Establish and update internal compliance and employee policies
- Manage external vendors such as Bonusly, 401(k), Lattice, etc.
Who You Are
- 5-7 years of people operations experience in a fast-paced environment that saw rapid shifts in organizational processes
- Extensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle and the various milestones and challenges that each individual will reach
- Demonstrable track record of building and implementing successful people operations programs
