You Will:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, Data, Security) from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to engineering and product leaders, consulting on headcount planning, leveling frameworks, and talent strategy.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, and creative outreach strategies.
- Drive diverse candidate pipelines to make Finix an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve recruiting efficiency and reduce time-to-fill without sacrificing quality.
- Maintain data integrity within the ATS and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with the People team on process improvements, scalability initiatives, and employer branding efforts.

- A full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record of filling niche and highly technical roles, and building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives.
- Someone who can work both strategically and tactically—advising on talent strategy while executing at a high level to fill priority roles.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the fast-paced nature of a high-growth startup environment.
- A strong team player and excellent communicator who builds rapport quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously, balancing competing demands with high EQ and sound judgment.
You Have:
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
- Deep experience hiring for engineering roles including Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, API Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Security Engineers, and more.
- A strong understanding of technical skill sets, tools, and frameworks—you can credibly assess and sell technical opportunities to senior engineers.
- Demonstrated success building diverse talent pipelines and employing inclusive hiring practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruiting metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
