The Role
We are seeking a Technical Content Writer who will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content that supports user education, product adoption, and marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, brand, and marketing. A strong candidate will be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Content creation and publication
Produce and publish technical guides covering features, workflows, and product use cases on a weekly cadence, including drafting, technical reviews, edits, and pushing content to the codebase and website.
Manage content publication based on external and internal roadmaps, including coordination with third-party partners.
Documentation and product education
Write and update change logs for product releases, translating complex engineering updates into user-friendly narratives.
Create clear, concise blog posts including thought leadership, product launches, and strategic deep dives.
Develop case studies by highlighting customer successes through coordinating interviews, drafts, and reviews.
Cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to gather information, source customers, and ensure accuracy of technical content.
Review materials from external agencies to ensure tone, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Support sales enablement with assets such as one-pagers, competitor analyses, and technical use-case documents.
Assist with demand generation content including ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign assets.
Ad hoc support
Provide editing and content support for internal and external stakeholders, from product-related copy decisions to content requests from across the business.
Who You Are
5+ years experience in technical or product content writing for a SaaS, software, or technically sophisticated product environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused content.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and external partners.
Familiarity with content management and version control tools (Git/GitHub, markdown).
Experience with structured documentation systems and technical publishing workflows.
Understanding of developer workflows, API documentation, or software tooling.
Familiarity with analytics to track content performance and drive iterative improvements.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently while engaging with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a passion for clarity and quality in written content.
Comfortable with technical review and feedback loops.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with content management and version control tools (Git/GitHub, markdown).
Experience with structured documentation systems and technical publishing workflows.
