Graphic Designer (Remote--Contract, 3 Month Initial Term)

What You'll Do
- Creative Collaboration & Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with the creative team to interpret art direction and produce visually compelling assets that align with our brand voice and guidelines across multiple platforms.
- Social Media & Advertising Content Creation: Design and develop social media content, static and motion graphics (bonus), and still advertising materials to drive engagement and brand awareness. (See here for some examples of what we do.)
- Lifecycle Marketing Visuals: Create visually cohesive assets for lifecycle marketing, including email headers and in-app graphics, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation.
- Offline Marketing Materials Design: Design offline marketing materials, such as bulletins, flyers, and posters, that maintain brand standards and resonate with diverse audiences across various touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: You must have at least two years of experience in graphic design. Motion graphics experience is a plus.

- Ownership: You’ll report to Shang, our Head of Product Design, and will be responsible for designing many of the major features in our app and across our website.
- Growth: You’ll get to journey with a startup from the beginning. When the company is this small, every employee is a core team member who is expected to help build the company as a whole as we settle into a culture and continue to expand the team.
- Flexibility: HQ will be in Chicago with the full team and would love to have everyone there. That being said, we’re super flexible with location / hours; don’t care when or where you work, just that it gets done.
- Comp: Dependent one experience. We pay competitive market rates in terms of cash compensation.
