Fundraising Development Lead
Hallow
What You'll Do
- Fundraising Strategy & Execution: You’ll design and execute fundraising strategies that empower parishes, dioceses, and ministries to raise funds through the Hallow platform. This includes creating scalable giving models, campaigns, and partnership frameworks to drive growth and engagement.
- Parish & Diocesan Partnership Development: You’ll work closely with the Parish team to understand community needs and craft compelling value propositions that help partners use Hallow to support their mission. You’ll be the go-to expert in helping local communities leverage digital giving to fund their initiatives.
- Product Collaboration: You’ll serve as the fundraising liaison to our product team—translating partner feedback into scalable features and ensuring our platform evolves to meet the needs of fundraisers. You’ll also shape user experiences that make it easy and inspiring to give.
- Program Launches & Pilots: You’ll help pilot new fundraising initiatives with select partners, establish playbooks, and scale this feature of our partnership. This includes experimenting with messaging, storytelling, giving flows, and user engagement in collaboration with the B2B and Product teams.
- Training & Enablement: You’ll build training content and equip our team (especially those working directly with parishes and ministries) to speak confidently about giving opportunities and platform tools.
- Insights & Reporting: You’ll develop and own key fundraising KPIs—such as giving participation, donor retention, average gift size, and ROI per initiative—and use those insights to improve and scale results.
What You'll Love
- Mission: This work is incredibly humbling. Everyday we hear amazing stories and we get the pleasure of working on something that’s impacting lives. One of our favorite user quotes: “I hate quoting an old, overused cliche, but I’ve been very lost. And I think for the first time in a while I may be found.”
