What You'll Do
- Work directly with Product, Growth, and Content Team: As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll be in an extremely cross-functional role. You’ll be working directly with our marketing team to boost activation and acquisition, with content for copywriting and launches, and with product to boost retention across lifecycle marketing channels.
- Lead Email/Push/SMS: These are our main and most important communication channels. You’ll lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of all our email/push marketing and communication including marketing, launches, product features, and transactional sequences (onboarding, "post-prayer", recovery, etc). You’ll be at the forefront of our marketing personalization, playing a huge role in our customer activation and retention.
- A/B Testing: To be successful in your role, you’ll need to continuously test new creative, copy, strategies, channels, sequences, and funnels in order to move the needle across our core metrics.
- Analytics: Along with leading these channels and testing continuously comes the need to be analytically focused. You’ll be making decisions daily, all driven by data. Run clean tests to ensure statistical significance of the decisions, and move quickly to increase our results on lifecycle marketing activities.
- Be a HUGE part of Hallow’s Growth: Your work will directly impact Hallow’s ability to grow to our goal of 1 Million people praying daily around the world.

What We're Looking For
- Passion: First & foremost, we’re looking for someone excited about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun :)
- LCM Experience: The key here is having a firm grasp and expertise on email. The ability to show and prove that you can and have built and scaled core metrics (sales, downloads, etc.) through email (marketing & transactional) will be an incredibly important part of your interview process. A big plus is to have experience in cross-channel management from push, in-app, SMS, and landing pages.
- Technical Experience: Analytics (Product Analytics, LCM Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B Testing, Excel) and being able to quickly and efficiently make decisions off of data will be a huge part of your role. Additionally, HTML/CSS would be preferred for designing emails/in-app messages, and understanding integrations between platforms with APIs and webhooks would be highly desirable.
- Copywriting: You're an expert in marketing copywriting and have 2+ years of experience in writing copy for LCM, social, paid media, SEO, PR, or any other marketing channel.
- Grit & detail-oriented: We really care about what we’re doing & try to build as fast as we can. Everything we do, say, send, or spend money on should be top-notch quality and set Hallow apart as the best.
