What You'll Do
- Design Support: Support cross-functional needs with creative thinking and asset creation, navigating both ambiguity and feedback with a design-first sensibility rooted in humility.
- Evolve the Brand: Maintain and grow Hallow’s brand experience. Balance consistency with freshness while pushing creative boundaries.
- Community Launches: Work with our church team to build assets for community launches, ensuring an integrated brand experience.

- Collaborative: You communicate clearly, take and implement feedback well, and work cross-functionally with diverse teams to help reach company objectives as well as your team's.
- Creative: You take pride in your craft and know how to bring beauty, clarity, and emotion to every asset you design—whether it’s a static post or a motion trailer.
- Strategic: You understand how to translate company and objectives into visual narratives. You consider not just individual pieces but how they all build up to the brand story.
- Flexible: You are comfortable navigating vague or evolving parameters. You thrive in fast-moving environments without sacrificing quality.
- Experienced: You have 2–4 years of experience designing brand systems and campaign visuals across platforms. You’re proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects. You have a portfolio that shows strong visual design and animation skills. Bonus: You have copywriting instincts and love shaping narrative and tone through visuals.
