Influencer Partnerships Contractor (LatAm)

- Support the launch of Hallow’s Lenten Challenge by owning the follow-up, negotiation, and tracking of micro influencer partnerships—ensuring every conversation, agreement, and deliverable is properly documented and moves forward on time.
- Manage and follow up on multiple influencer conversations and negotiations simultaneously
- Support deal closing with influencers on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with influencers and internal stakeholders
- Track all partnership details (rates, deliverables, timelines, status) in internal spreadsheets
- Keep internal systems clean, accurate, and fully up to date
- Monitor deal progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or missing information
- Coordinate closely with the LatAm Marketing Manager to ensure smooth execution

- Fluent or highly proficient in English and Spanish
- Strong self-organization skills and ability to manage multiple negotiations at once
- Prior experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits
- Reliable, proactive, and execution-focused
- Based in Latin America (LatAm-friendly time zones)
- Previous experience working with influencers or digital partnerships
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystems
- Experience working as a contractor with international or US-based teams
- Reports directly to the LatAm Marketing Manager
- Contractor role (remote)
- Flexible schedule aligned with campaign timelines
- Short-term focus on the Lenten Challenge, with potential for ongoing collaboration
- Compensation based on hours or project scope (to be defined)
