Are you a driven and experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist ready to take on a pivotal role in revolutionizing the way businesses manage their payroll? Monograph is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Payroll Implementation Specialist. In this position, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless transitions for our valued customers as they migrate to the Monograph payroll platform. If you have a passion for growth, a deep understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with our customers and data migration partners to deliver flawless implementations, ensuring a smooth transition as they scale their operations.
  • Lead the implementation and transition process from the client's existing provider, guiding them from initial data collection through to their first successful payroll run.
  • Work closely with our customers to promptly address and resolve any implementation issues that require follow-up, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and dedication to customer success.
  • Investigate, research, and provide effective resolutions to customer implementation questions and issues, ensuring their confidence in our platform.
  • Contribute to the professional development of the payroll onboarding team by conducting internal training and sharing your expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of payroll implementation experience: You have a solid background in payroll processes and have successfully managed implementations in the past.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience: Your ability to provide exceptional customer service is second nature to you, and you understand the importance of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in Excel: Excel is a critical tool in this role, and your strong Excel skills are essential for success.
  • Customer-focused mindset: Your dedication to meeting customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction sets you apart.

Aspirational Skills:

While not required, the following skills and qualities would be highly beneficial:

  • Desire to learn to lead a business line
  • Expand beyond implementation - work with product to outline workflow gaps
  • Support CX team in helping customers understand the value of the offering as a payroll specialist

Compensation range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
