Our platform is designed to provide our customers with real-time visibility, transparency, and control over their supply chains. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customs Business Development Associate to join our team and help us expand our customs brokerage services.

Job Description:

The Customs Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our customs brokerage services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong track record of sales and business development, as well as experience in customs brokerage and cross border freight.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities in the customs brokerage market (MX & US) and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to enhance our customs brokerage platform
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all customs-related activities are conducted in compliance with local and international regulations
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and market trends
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on customs-related issues
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in customs brokerage or logistics
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and cross border operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English & Spanish, both written and spoken
