Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Managed Transportation Service Account Manager (AM). In this role, you will manage transportation planning, oversee accounts in the transportation sector, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include ensuring the efficient execution of transportation operations, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving services for clients. The AM will also act as a primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Transportation Management skills to evaluate logistics data and optimize supply chain processes
  • Proficient in Transportation Planning to ensure seamless coordination and execution of freight operations
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Familiarity with logistics software platforms and AI-driven systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
