Recognized as one of Fast Company's most innovative companies in both 2022 and 2025, and a Y Combinator Top Company, we're on a mission to transform logistics and are looking for top talent to embrace this adventure. ## The opportunity for you: As a Carrier Sales Analyst, you will own the carrier relationship end-to-end — from onboarding and lane development to day-to-day service execution. You will be the key point of contact for carriers, acting as the bridge between carriers, internal teams, and shippers to ensure every load moves with reliability and efficiency. This role gives you deep exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of freight brokerage, with a clear path for growth within a year. ## What you'll do in a typical week: - Own the carrier relationship end-to-end for your assigned carrier portfolio, from prospecting and onboarding to performance management and growth. - Develop and secure new lanes with carriers, proactively identifying capacity opportunities that align with shipper demand and expanding Nuvocargo's coverage. - Act as the middle point between carriers, operations and shippers ensuring clear communication, resolving escalations, and keeping loads moving smoothly. - Lead carrier performance meetings and onboardings, aligning carrier expectations with service standards and volume commitments. - Build a deep understanding of carrier networks, pricing trends and capacity allocation to negotiate agreements that benefit all parties. - Leverage the NuvoOS platform to monitor tracking events, appointments, and incidents, identifying root causes and driving improvements with carriers. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless load execution and grow carrier-driven volume. ## What you know: - Passionate for logistics, procurement and negotiation, with a strong drive to develop commercial skills. - Recent graduate to 2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, sales, or a related field. - Ability to hold conversations and close agreements in both Spanish and English with carriers. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate operational and commercial challenges. - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency. - Highly adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Team-oriented, proactive, and ready to take initiative. ## Who you are: - You move with speed.
