We’re expanding our reach — and we’re hiring a Mexico-based Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow in Latin America.
🧠 The Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives on talking to people, understands manufacturing, and knows how to spot a real opportunity when they hear one. You’ll be on the front lines - identifying qualified prospects, starting conversations in Spanish, and setting meetings with manufacturers in Mexico.
You’ll work closely with our U.S.-based Sales Engineers and leadership team, so strong English proficiency (B2 or better) is essential for internal communication and reporting.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving team and sell a product that solves real problems on the factory floor.
⚙️ What You’ll Do
Prospect into Mexican manufacturing companies using phone, email, and LinkedIn (in Spanish)
Set qualified meetings and product demos for our Sales Engineers
Use tools like HubSpot, Nooks, and ZoomInfo to manage outreach and track progress
Run LinkedIn campaigns with MeetAlfred and Sales Navigator
Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor messaging
Work closely with sales and marketing to improve messaging and targeting
Stay sharp on industry trends and what’s happening in manufacturing
Communicate results clearly to an English-speaking team
✅ You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 1–2 years of BDR, SDR, or inside sales experience, ideally in tech or manufacturing
A native Spanish speaker and confident selling over the phone or in writing
Can communicate clearly in English (B2 or higher) with managers and teammates
Are self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Love finding the right people and starting the right conversations
Enjoy figuring things out and improving your process as you go
Have experience using tools like HubSpot, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, MeetAlfred, and Google Workspace
Bonus: you’ve sold into automotive or industrial manufacturing before (but not required)
