We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, HR coordination, and purchasing activities for our Taiwan office. This role is pivotal in supporting both local and expatriate staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and preparing for future office expansion.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Administration
* Manage general office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
* Coordinate facility maintenance and office services
* Lead the search and evaluation of new office space for the upcoming year
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
2. Human Resources
* Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for local and expatriate employees
* Support relocation logistics for expatriates, including housing and documentation
* Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation
* Potentially support payroll processing starting next year
3. Purchasing & Inventory
* Oversee local procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
* Manage inventory tracking and replenishment systems
* Handle ad hoc purchasing tasks and vendor negotiations
4. Ad-hoc tasks
👤 Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in office management or HR coordination
* Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and expatriate relocation practices
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin
