Talent Acquisition Officer
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer to drive recruitment for our growing organization. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to align specialized expertise with operational and commercial needs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering and sales engineering teams to understand technical and customer-facing hiring needs.
Source candidates through innovative channels including LinkedIn, Boss, Liepin, and niche job boards.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical expertise (object detection, image segmentation, real-time vision systems) and for sales engineering skills such as solution design, technical presentations, and customer engagement.
Coordinate technical and sales-focused assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical technical and sales engineering roles.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate etc.) and report insights to management team.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract both technical and commercial talent.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other fields (STEM or engineering background preferred).
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or computer vision hiring.
Strong background in the manufacturing industry
Deep knowledge of technical roles, sales engineering functions, and industry trends.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools tailored for tech and sales talent.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with technical and commercial leaders.
Demonstrated success in building pipelines and delivering results in competitive talent markets.
