We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.
Our Network Enablement and Access (NEA) team’s mission is to unlock the potential of the Plaid network by broadening and deepening our connection to data partners. We do this by providing solutions that allow our data partners to be part of the network and by providing best in class connections. By expanding and improving our connections to data providers, we are able to strengthen the Plaid network while also enabling great products and experiences.
The Key Access team is directly responsible for maintaining access to thousands of these data partners. As the Product Manager for our Key Access team, you will drive three critical initiatives. First, you will lead AI Capability Development for Integration Efficiency by collaborating with engineering, machine learning, and product stakeholders to create AI-driven tools that autonomously build and repair integrations, improving reliability and reducing manual intervention. Second, you will oversee our Integration Control Tower Development—a centralized platform providing real-time visibility into the status, health, and performance of financial institution integrations. You will gather insights, prioritize enhancements, and ensure this control tower becomes an essential resource for internal teams. Finally, you will conduct New Coverage Opportunity Analysis, prioritizing integration opportunities based on customer feedback and market trends, working cross-functionally to evaluate ROI, and guiding the roadmap to expand integration capabilities.
