Engineering Manager - Customer Foundations

Responsibilities
- You will manage a team of 5-9 engineers who work on building, maintaining, and evolving the Customer Foundations suite.
- You’ll collaborate with product counterparts to define the strategy and vision for this area and turn that into concrete roadmaps for the team.
- You’ll help design and build new systems that simplify our internal and external product experience for customer onboarding, risk decision-making, and dashboard experiences.
- You’ll partner closely with the engineering team on technical planning and execution, including high reliability.
- Set and maintain a high bar for quality and velocity for your team, leading by example and getting in the weeds of what your team is building
- Set and hit ambitious goals that represent delivering value to our customers and building robust foundations
- Hire, mentor and grow engineers across a range of seniority levels
- Run team process, including micro and macro-execution and collaboration across functions & teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of engineering management experience with significant experience as a software engineer.
- Deep experience with full-stack architecture and systems.
- Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience owning production systems and foundational components that support several teams. Bonus points if you have done this for customer-facing B2B systems.
