About the Role

Primary is looking for a Wholesale & Marketplaces Assistant to support the sales and merchandising teams in the marketplace go-to-market process. This role is a hands-on, entry-level position focused on product setup and data management across our sales channels. You will collaborate closely with the merchandising, ecommerce, and creative teams to ensure the customer has a great experience with Primary, wherever they shop.

This position will begin as a part-time/temporary role, 25-30 hours per week through the summer initially with the potential to extended based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the end-to-end product setup process across marketplace channels, including gathering product information and launching listings

  • Compile and maintain product data, including required attributes and key details (descriptions, images, size charts, etc.)

  • Audit product listings for accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment; troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Assist in monitoring product and assortment performance across channels

  • Support weekly sales review and other relevant meetings

What You’ll Bring

  • Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication
