At Quanta, we’re tackling one of the most common frustrations business leaders face: getting answers about their finances is tediously slow, and data is always stale.
Today’s status quo is a cycle of painful finance data lag caused by manual and infrequent processes. We’re solving this by automating accounting from the ground up, and can already do in seconds what takes incumbents weeks to deliver. Our platform replaces outsourced manual work with software, and replaces their static, manually entered numbers with a live, contextual view of the business. Our goal is to achieve something currently impossible: enabling every business decision to be made with instant, complete, and realtime clarity.

About us

We are a tight-knit team of 13, working fully in-person in downtown San Francisco.
Our team has spent our careers at the intersection of finance and technology. Between all of us, we’ve built accounting systems at Affirm, ledgers at Stripe and Robinhood, built previous companies from the ground up, passed CPA exams, and built finance teams from one to dozens. We’ve been founders, first finance hires, product leads, and founding engineers. We’ve led 0→1 launches and scaled systems to support billions in transactions. We understand our customers because we’ve been in their shoes, and care deeply about the future of finance that we’re building.

What you’ll do

Own Full-Cycle Recruitment and Recruiting Operations
Lead and run the entire hiring journey—from sending cold outreach to day one onboarding. Craft a candidate experience that’s smooth, human, and deeply reflective of our values. You'll design structured panels, build aligned scorecards, and ensure every step—from screen to debrief—supports confident, high-quality decisions.
You will own our recruiting operations— managing and evolving our recruiting tools (ATS, job boards, outreach platforms) as we scale.
Beyond process, you’ll help us figure out where and how to find the right talent: sourcing strategies and implementation, outreach channels, and funnel diagnostics that help us consistently attract and close exceptional candidates.
Drive Hiring Strategy
Partner closely with the CEO and functional leaders to design and execute a hiring roadmap that meets our evolving needs across engineering, design, sales, operations, and more. Define clear success profiles and role requirements, then architect thoughtful, calibrated interview processes that identify excellence.
Build Our Employer Brand
Help shape how the world sees Quanta. Craft compelling job descriptions, social content, and candidate messaging that tell our story and bring our values to life. Make Quanta known—and known as a place that people are excited to join.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a preference for experience at small companies.
You have a proven track record of leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, sourcing and closing exceptional talent, particularly in hard-to-fill technical roles.
You hold an exceptionally high bar for candidate experience and treat it as a competitive edge. You make people feel welcome, appreciated, and informed at every step—proactively anticipating their needs. You believe every detail of each candidate touchpoint matters.
You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate who we are, what we’re building, and why it matters. You tailor your message to connect with each candidate authentically and compellingly, using understanding of what motivates them. You’re a trusted voice for the company.
You have an unwavering commitment to candidate quality and a sharp eye for talent. You know that every hire shapes our culture, so you're not here to fill seats—you’re here to build a world-class team. You dig deep in interviews to uncover true strengths and never compromise when it comes to our quality bar.
