- Personalized Outreach Campaigns: Use AI and automation tools to ideate, develop, and execute highly personalized email outreach campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads.
- Tool Mastery: Audit, implement, and enable the Sales Development team on essential tools such as Clay, ChatGPT, Koala, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Orum, and others to drive outbound growth initiatives.
- Innovative Prospecting: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to create and execute cutting-edge prospecting strategies that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Data Integration: Integrate and analyze data from various sources, including intent data, enrichment data, and website analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop compelling copy and assets tailored to different customer personas across mid-market and enterprise segments.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience: 3-5 years in demand generation or outbound growth roles within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in implementing and admining marketing automation tools, sales acceleration tools, AI, and analytics platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Koala, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Marketo, Salesforce, Zoominfo, SalesLoft, Orum).
- Creative and Technical: A blend of creative flair and strong technical skills, enabling you to efficiently optimize technology and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns, particularly those leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Growth Mindset: Passionate about staying at the forefront of industry trends and continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
