- Source, screen, interview and hire candidates while ensuring a top candidate experience across all open positions
- Support VP of People in Executive searches
- Work with a sense of urgency to ensure candidates are quickly moving through the process
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems.
- Adapt to changing headcount plans related to business outcomes and priorities.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews.
ABOUT YOU:
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience
- Experience working at a SaaS start-up
- Previous experience using Lever (ATS)
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing leadership decision-making
- Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Broad knowledge and understanding of HR policies and US employment laws
