- Data Management: Oversee and manage CRM data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Reporting: Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to sales, marketing, and customer success teams, identify trends, and provide insights for improved decision-making.
- Automation: Implement and manage automation tools and processes to increase team efficiency
- Process Design: Design, document, and implement sales processes to support go-to-market strategies and ensure processes are scalable and user-friendly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and facilitate inter-departmental communication, i.e. make sure we are on the same page
- Training: Train team members on new tools, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization
ABOUT YOU:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and other enablement technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and provide insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with various teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on project management and organization
