AI Agent Product Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write, test, and refine prompts that drive our AI’s customer interactions.
- Interact directly with customers to better understand their needs and tailor our delivery to enhance satisfaction and customer performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to continuously improve AI offerings based on requests and performance data.
- Stay updated on AI best practices/industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to refine our AI offerings.
- Help translate customer insights into technical adjustments for improved performance.
- Lead projects from start to finish, overseeing timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Present prompt updates, performance metrics, and suggested improvements to stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field) or equivalent experience with prompt engineering.
- Desire to work in a client facing capacity (demonstrated client-facing experience is helpful).
- Demonstrated interest or experience with AI applications.
- 1-3 year(s) of work experience a plus, but not required.
