General Manager, AI Agents

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, P&L and roadmap for the AI Agent product line.
- Partner with the GTM teams to set positioning and drive growth in both new customers and existing customers.
- Partner with specific customers and our customer success team to ensure AI Agents deliver measurable value, maintaining high NDR and retention rates.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and scale AI Agent capabilities.
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities to accelerate growth across our specific market verticals - healthcare, insurance, lending, local services and education.
- Keep abreast of the best vendors in the Gen AI and AI Agent space, and manage our key GenAI vendor relationships.
- Contribute to company-wide strategy discussions and initiatives as part of Regal.ai’s leadership team. Work closely with the executive team to align AI initiatives with Regal.ai’s broader strategic goals.
ABOUT YOU:
- 7-15+ years of progressive leadership roles in SaaS, AI, or customer engagement platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses from 0 to 1.
- Demonstrated interest and experience with Gen AI (ideally autonomous AI Agents for customer communication). Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in customer engagement, including familiarity with LLMs, automation tools.
- Ability to see the big picture and break it down into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
- Ability to execute rapidly, and break down complicated problems into achievable parts.
- Desire to work with customers to understand their pain points, and build solutions that work for them.
- Strong data and analytical skills to assess market trends, measure success, and pivot strategies when needed.
- Proven ability to hire, manage, and develop top talent across disciplines.A persuasive and charismatic communicator, adept at building buy-in with internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
- Experience managing a P&L is nice to have, but we can teach this if you have not done it yet.
