GTM Associate
Regal
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the Playbook: Experiment with and refine strategies and tools for engaging enterprise accounts, helping Regal.ai establish a scalable enterprise sales motion
- Creative Prospecting: Use personalization, research, and innovative approaches to craft outreach that resonates with key decision-makers
- Collaboration with the CEO: Partner directly with the CEO (who will act as the Account Executive) to engage prospects and drive pipeline growth
- Tinker and Iterate: Test new ideas, analyze results, and adjust tactics to continually improve outreach effectiveness
- Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with enterprise prospects and uncover their unique needs and priorities
- Pipeline Growth: Generate high-quality meetings with enterprise accounts, laying the foundation for Regal.ai’s enterprise revenue stream
ABOUT YOU:
- 1-3 years in a sales or marketing or client-facing role
- Experience in SaaS or technology is a plus but not required
- Bachelors degree
- Capable of using GTM tools (eg. Clay, Salesloft, Sendoso, Salesforce, etc)
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re a growth hacker or an aspiring founder who wants to continue to learn more about enterprise sales by working directly with a startup CEO
- Creative Problem Solver: You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy figuring out what works when no playbook exists
- Strong Communicator: You know how to connect with people through thoughtful, personalized messaging
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive, take initiative, and hold yourself accountable for results
- Growth-Oriented: You view every experiment as a learning opportunity and are constantly seeking to improve
