Required qualifications:
- B.S. in electrical engineering, or equivalent
- 15+ years relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Have worked through multiple product design cycles
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals, particularly in RF engineering
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members
- Strong understanding of engineering design processes
- Have led cross functional teams to execute product designs from concept to production
- You have experience with: RF system testing, desense testing, EMI/EMC, regulatory compliance
- Practiced in interviewing/hiring teammates
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
