As a Facilities Project Manager at our cutting-edge company, you'll be at the forefront of building the future. From high-tech facility expansions to mission-critical infrastructure upgrades, you'll lead projects from concept to completion—ensuring seamless execution of new construction, renovations, and state-of-the-art equipment installations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define project scopes, optimize timelines, and drive strategic initiatives that power innovation. What you'll do:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects, including construction, renovations, expansions, and equipment installations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines, allocating resources and tracking dependencies to ensure smooth project flow.
- Develop Insights:
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and oversee expenditures, providing timely updates to the Facilities Manager.
- Identify and proactively manage potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed project reports to capture key metrics, highlight progress, and address issues with corrective actions.
- Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, timelines, and adjustments.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and document lessons learned.
Required qualifications:
- This role requires 50% travel and flexibility for extended hours to meet project demands.
- 2-3+ years of experience in construction or facilities project management, ideally within a cross-functional environment.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and tracking for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications.

- Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
- Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days
of employment)

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
