We are seeking a talent acquisition Sourcer who can uphold our values and drive us closer to accomplishing our mission. As part of our Talent team, you're charged with finding the most interesting, exceptional candidates who bring a collaborative spirit, a sense of grit, and a diversity of thought to all they do. You're responsible for sourcing the best and brightest domestic and international talent into our hiring process with great care and experience. You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savviness that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
What you'll do:
- Partner specifically to support our domestic and international hiring teams including finance, human resources, information technology, cybersecurity, legal and business development
- Ensure a phenomenal experience for everyone involved in recruiting, especially candidates.
- Ensuring highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
- Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who we're looking for:
- You an excellent communicator and evangelizer, able to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy both internally and externally.
- You have demonstrated success in disciplined execution; being detail oriented, open, patient, and able to bring up others around you.
- You are passionate about Shield AI’s mission and values; able to confidently and fluidly discuss our product.
- You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- You have proven experience sourcing or recruiting within and building a network within high growth and innovative companies for general and administrative roles particularly within international hiring
Preferred experience:
- You know your way around an applicant tracking system (ATS) and even better if you've worked with Lever ATS.
- You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools.
- You have been in a startup environment with proven capabilities to adapt, as needed.
- You have proven sourcing experience for software and hardware roles.
Full-time regular employee offer package:
Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
Temporary employee offer package:
Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check. Military fellows and part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.
