Sr Staff BD Account Executive, Hivemind

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Help launch solutions and software product offerings including Hivemind Enterprise, with an emphasis on selling Software as a service (SaaS) to enterprise level businesses (B2B).
- Plan detailed customer engagements that remove technical objections from sales cycles, and highlight the benefits of our autonomy and artificial intelligence tools.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage our technology to achieve various mission sets.
- In collaboration with software development teams and product managers, help facilitate the delivery of top-notch solutions to customers
- Solicit client feedback to ensure ongoing customer delight and products are meeting customer expectations.
- Become an expert in the AI within the commercial & defense sector through ongoing research and customer engagements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of sales experience—preferably in the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) or autonomy space--and a bachelor’s degree
- 2 years SaaS experience
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 30% of the time
- Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking ways
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
