Job Description:
The Ground Operations Crewmember performs ground support operations for V-BAT aircrews and conducts ground testing and equipment preparation activities in support of flight operations. They are responsible for planning and conducting ground and benchtop testing in support of prototyping and current V-BAT operations. Ground Operations Crewmembers may support flight events and provide on-site field support as needed.
What you'll do:
- Benchtop and ground testing of V-BAT equipment and air vehicles.
- Engine run test cycles and data capture.
- Equipment inventory, packout and preparation in support of ongoing operations.
- On-site field support and remote troubleshooting.
Required qualifications:
- Maintainer/mechanic experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Small engine expertise
- Group 3 UAS experience
