What you'll do:
- Shape the Market Narrative
- -Build a clear, compelling story that positions Hivemind as the leading Autonomy Development Platform.
- -Translate industry trends, customer needs, and competitive signals into messaging that resonates with enterprise and government decision-makers.
- -Define and evolve the master Hivemind narrative and brand architecture, ensuring strategic and visual alignment across all channels.
- Drive Strategic Campaigns that Influence Revenue
- -Develop thought leadership and integrated GTM campaigns that open new markets, shape pipeline, and strengthen brand perception.
- -Partner with Product, BD, and Sales leaders to ensure all campaigns ladder up to company strategy and measurable revenue outcomes.
- -Oversee creation of executive-level materials including vision decks, investor presentations, and board-ready content.
- Enable Sales with Strategic Storytelling
- -Equip field and sales teams with executive narratives, value proof points, and talk tracks that elevate conversations from features to outcomes.
- -Create strategic presentation and communications toolkits that help leaders influence C-suite stakeholders across defense and enterprise customers.
- Steer Cross-Functional Alignment
- -Lead collaboration across Product Marketing, Growth, Comms, and Enablement to ensure all go-to-market storytelling aligns to a single Hivemind narrative.
- -Establish structure for how Product, Marketing, and Sales connect strategy to execution, driving clarity and accountability across teams.
- -Maintain tight coordination with Shield AI corporate marketing to ensure brand cohesion while retaining Hivemind’s narrative autonomy.
- Turn Signals into Strategy
- -Analyze market, buyer, and performance insights to identify new opportunities, refine positioning, and influence GTM strategy.
- -Recommend strategic shifts based on real-world market feedback, customer engagement, and investor sentiment.
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in marketing or communications roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic or narrative leadership capacity.
- Min 3–6 years experience at a top-tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or investment bank (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, etc.), with a clear track record of top-decile performance (top 0.1% preferred).
- Experience in defense, aerospace, AI, or emerging tech industries preferred.
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into visionary narratives.
- Strategic mindset with operational precision — able to lead cross-functional storytelling alignment.
