You’ll provide full-spectrum primary care for women, including preventive care, holistic primary care, acute care, and chronic disease management. Your clinical expertise, collaborative approach, and desire to teach and support others will make you an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team.</p> <p>This role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care while also engaging in teaching, collaboration, and clinical partnership across the organization. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to work with Tia’s technology teams, contributing feedback and insights that help shape the products and tools you use to care for patients.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Why Tia</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong><em>Built-in protected time </em></strong><em>for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across markets</em></li> <li><strong><em>AI-supported documentation </em></strong><em>to reduce charting burden</em></li> <li><strong><em>Beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics</em></strong><em> in prime locations</em></li> <li><strong><em>Quarterly bonus + equity</em></strong><em> — not typical in clinical roles</em></li> <li><em>Opportunity to </em><strong><em>build and shape a new model for women’s healthcare</em></strong></li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive, affirming primary care for women across Tia’s New York clinics, including SoHo and Williamsburg.</li> <li>Manage a broad range of primary care needs, including preventive care, acute concerns, chronic disease management, basic dermatology, hypertension, diabetes, STI screening, UTIs, vaginal infections, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and birth control counseling.</li> <li>Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care using shared decision-making and a whole-person approach.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Tia’s interdisciplinary care team, including nurse practitioners, acupuncture providers, and support staff.</li> <li>Serve as a collaborating physician for Tia’s New York nurse practitioners.</li> <li>Support clinical teaching, coaching, and case collaboration across the care team.</li> <li>Partner with Tia’s technology teams by providing feedback and clinical insights that help improve the tools and products used in patient care.</li> <li>Stay current on evolving research and incorporate evidence-based practices into day-to-day clinical care</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Board certified Physician, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with an active, unrestricted New York medical license.</li> <li>3+ years of outpatient primary care experience, including routine gynecology and women’s health care.</li> <ul> <li>Comfortable providing comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic condition management, urgent care concerns, basic dermatology, STI screening, UTI and vaginal infection care, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and birth control counseling.</li> </ul> <li>Willing and eligible to be credentialed with Tia’s academic partners.</li> <li>Able to serve as a collaborating physician for Tia’s New York nurse practitioners.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Work Location</strong></h2> <p><br>This role is based in our <strong>Williamsburg &amp; SoHo locations </strong>and requires an onsite work schedule.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></h2> <p>Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency.
