In addition to helping parents, child care providers use Winnie to drive new enrollments and get support and resources to run their business efficiently. As an Account Manager, you’ll help child care businesses understand and find the value in Winnie.

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to support our customers (the top childcare and early education providers in the United States) in growing their businesses and getting amazing value from our product. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial account management professional who wants to grow their career quickly through high-touch account management backed by a world-class product team. You’ll be traveling around the country meeting with our customers and growing our partnerships. This role reports directly to the head of monetization.

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to support childcare enterprises with $5M-$50M annual revenue who will use the Winnie advertising products. The target market accounts for more than $30B in annual revenue and includes national and regional childcare companies, including multi-location companies, franchise businesses, and nonprofits. This is a high-energy, client-facing account management role requiring a passion for supporting data-driven customers and growing strategic accounts.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular success meetings with customers to help them get the most out of Winnie and meet their goals
  • Effectively update, monitor, and grow a book of business of up to 40 customers
  • Take the time to investigate and learn how our partners are measuring success and manage their account to then hit their goals
  • Analyze data to find opportunities and communicate learnings to partners and internal stakeholders
  • Establish a collaborative business relationship between Winnie and childcare businesses to grow strategic accounts
  • Provide actionable feedback to the Product Team to help iterate on our value offering to childcare businesses
  • Regular travel (at least once a month) to conduct on-site client meetings is a core part of this role

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • Demonstrated B2B account management experience consistently meeting and exceeding retention and growth metrics
  • Highly organized, quick learner and self-starter, comfortable working remotely and independently to achieve goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate technology and data to a non-technical audience
  • Proficient in GSuite, a sales CRM (we use Hubspot), and other productivity tools
  • Experience working for a technology startup or SaaS company preferred
