Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate data within our systems. This individual will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data to ensure that all information is correct and up-to-date, supporting the efficient operation of Maven Clinic’s services and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entries by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain organized records of data entry activities, including documentation of changes and updates.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of data as requested by management or other departments.

Data Verification and Quality Control:

  • Verify the accuracy of data entered by cross-referencing with original documents or sources.
  • Implement and follow quality control procedures to ensure data reliability.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues and gather necessary information.
  • Provide support for data-related inquiries and assist with data retrieval or reporting as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings as needed.
  • Support other team members with projects and tasks related to data management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus.
  • Experience with data management systems and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems) is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and verification.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and find solutions in a timely manner.
  • Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of data privacy and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
