As a startup specializing in transforming connected TV into a competitive performance marketing channel for online retail brands, we need an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a crucial liaison to the board of directors and senior management while coordinating executive outreach, external relations, and special projects
Role Objective:
Deliver exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, positively representing NeonPixel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion, especially those impactingl operations.
- Maintain a detailed calendar of meetings and events.
- Prepare documents including Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and special projects.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives; prepare expense reports.
- Screen incoming calls, deliver accurate messages, and direct non-routine calls to appropriate staff.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, performing additional duties as assigned.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and other executive-related communications.
- Manage the Executive's contacts.
- Assist in creating and managing presentations and decks.
- Be responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls outside of normal business hours.
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in handling C-Level matters.
- Represent the company and Executive positively through effective follow-through and sound judgment.
- Conserve the Executive's time by researching and analyzing information in advance.
- Complete ad-hoc projects, including personal and family needs.
- Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any conflicts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google equivalents)
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate business needs for projects and meetings.
- Strong business sense with the ability to prioritize and make sound judgment calls.
- Commitment to excellence, consistently performing duties at the highest level.
- Excellent communicator, confident interacting with people at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the right temperament.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
