- Influential Design Work:
- Proven track record of successfully implementing design solutions that drive business outcomes e-commerce / retail. Demonstrated ability to translate user insights into impactful design decisions that improve key metrics, such as add to cart rate, conversion rate, and customer satifaction.
- Extensive experience in working with design systems and contributing to their implementation. Proficiency in utilizing and maintaining design system components and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency cross the organization’s digital product portfolio.
- Familiarity with project management software, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, tracking project process, and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Ability to converse and collaborate with developers and ability to provide valuable insights during collaborative discussions with developers and promoting effective design-to-development handoff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Google Suite.
- Experience using design tools like, or other relevant software for creating wireframes and prototypes.
