Brand and Product Manager for Supplement E-Commerce Company (Remote)

Anticipated hours per week: 12-15 hours
Contract: Open-ended contract based on the needs of the business, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment. Full-time employment is contingent upon business needs and mutual agreement between the contractor and the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers, nutritionists, and other relevant industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that highlights the benefits of our products and resonates with our target audience.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and drive sales.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent the brand on social media, doing lives, and interacting effectively with customers, communicating our brand message and showcasing our product offerings.
- Engage with industry professionals, prospective customers, and partners to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Marketing Strategy:
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- - Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for product positioning, messaging, and promotion.
- - Develop and implement promotional campaigns, contests, and partnerships to drive brand engagement and customer acquisition.
- Finance management
- Be able to motivate sales and financial metrics
- Comfortable forecasting sales and profit for the coming months
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in amazon seller central is a plus
- Strong technical skills is essential, specifically in Tik Tok Shop and Shopify
- Strong proficiency in google suite and google sheet formulas
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product and brand management, preferably in the supplement or
- Proven track record of successful product launches and affiliate program management
- Experience in hosting live streaming events and engaging online audiences
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- High level of proficiency in Google suite and marketing software
- Ability to travel as needed for events and meetings with influencers
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed marketing and product development KPIs
