Consults with business leaders and IT business representatives to ensure understanding of requirements and their alignment to future strategic direction of the business/function.
Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Business partners.
Understand the business and related IT platforms.
Collaborate with other cross-functional teams from all domains throughout the life cycle of solution delivery.
Lead small to medium complexity departmental and enterprise-wide projects to support departmental initiatives.
Comfortable facilitating discovery sessions or training to gain insights into end user and customer needs.
Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.
Act on behalf of the business partner as a subject matter expert to ensure product/service performance supports business process needs
Stay up to date on the trends, processes, and IT advancements to automate, modernize and optimize systems
Drive innovation with customers, peers and vendors to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Creation of documentation of requirements, use cases, and SOPs.

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration/computer science or related field
5 years of relevant business analyst experience
Strong experience with MS Business Central – Sales, Inventory, Distribution & Finance modules
Experience with SQL queries
Experience with Agile and other system development lifecycle and methodologies
Experience in using Microsoft Business Central based Justfood ERP a plus
Experience using Microsoft Power BI a plus
knowledge and experience with full-system ERP implementations or upgrade
