The Opportunity

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand.
  • Proven track record in copywriting for paid advertising and creating effective landing pages.
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing, UI/UX design skills, and overall funnel optimization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators.

You need to have a STRONG competency in copywriting and the ability to use drag-n-drop page builders. As part of the interview process, a skill test involving a paid project to build a landing page with a drag-n-drop page builder may be required. What You'll Be Working On

We are seeking a talented and experienced “Funnel Hacking” Growth Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This role is crucial to enhancing our digital presence, driving revenue growth, and maximizing the efficiency of our paid marketing efforts by focusing heavily on creating net new landing pages with strong copy, quality UI/UX design, and next level A/B testing to drive insights!

Your day-to-day will involve writing and designing sales pages, advertorials, and listicles for paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Landing Page Copywriting and Content Development:
  • Develop net new landing pages using drag-n-drop page builders that effectively engage and convert the target audience
  • Craft compelling and persuasive copy for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Landing Page Optimization:
  • Design and implement strategies to improve the performance of landing pages, including layout, design elements, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure landing pages align with overall marketing and brand objectives.
  • “Funnel Hacking”:
  • Lead the strategy and execution of A/B testing initiatives to optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
  • Leverage quality UI/UX design skills to enhance overall conversions
  • Analyze user behavior through data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Conduct regular performance analysis of paid marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, presenting findings to the marketing team.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team, including creative strategists, media buyers, and other stakeholders, to implement “funnel hacking” strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
